These terms and conditions delineate guidelines for using the Photo Retouching website, RetouchWorks.com.
By using our RetouchWorks services, you agree to our terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using our photo retouching services.

This platform of RetouchWorks provides a space for users to share and express their views and experiences regarding photo retouching. RetouchWorks does not censor, modify, announce or scan Feedbacks prior to their appearance on the platform. The Feedbacks posted do not represent the beliefs or perspectives of RetouchWorks, its representatives, or partners. Rather, they mirror the perspectives and opinions of the individual who shared them. In line with relevant laws, RetouchWorks will not take responsibility for the Feedbacks or for any liability, damages, or costs incurred and/or experienced as a consequence of any engagement with and/or posting of and/or visibility of the Feedbacks on this platform.
RetouchWorks reserves the right to review all photo retouching works, and remove any content deemed offensive, inappropriate, or that violates our Terms and Conditions.

You grant RetouchWorks a non-exclusive license to use, edit, reproduce and permit others to use, edit & reproduce your Photo Retouching in all forms & media.
Organizations may link to our RetouchWorks site without previous written consent.
These organizations may link to our home page, to publications or to other Website information so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the linking party and its products and/or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking partyІ‚s site.
We may examine and approve other image requests from organizations for RetouchWorks.
We'll authorize image request permissions from specific agencies for RetouchWorks if: (a) the images do not reflect poorly on us or our credited clientele; (b)the group has a clean history with us; (c) the exposure from displayed photos outweighs lack of domain; and (d) the images are contextually relevant to general resources.
These organizations may link to our home page so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the linking party and its products or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking partyІ‚s site.
If you're an entity mentioned in clause 2 keen to link to our site, RetouchWorks, please send an email to our designated email domain. Don't forget to include your individual or organizational title, contact details, your website URL, any URLs from which you plan to attach to RetouchWorks, along with a list of URLs from our site you wish to link to. Expect a response within a fortnight or three weeks.

If any photo retouching by RetouchWorks seems inappropriate for any reason, you can notify us at any time. We'll take into account requests for alterations, though we are not required to do so or reply directly.
We don't guarantee the information on RetouchWorks is accurate or comprehensive, nor do we pledge to maintain its availability or keep the phоtо retouching material perennially updated.
To the fullest extent of law, we disclaim all warranties, representations, and conditions related to our Photo Retouching RetouchWorks. Nothing in this clause will:
